Q: What locations do you serve?
A: We serve Northwestern Wisconsin and the Twin Cities area. Reach out to us about the location of your event to see if we can serve you!
Q: What is a damage deposit and is it returned to me?
A: The damage deposit secures your booking of the items you would like to rent for your event. The damage deposit amount depends on the items you rent. As long as there is nothing wrong with the items when returned, the deposit will be returned a few days after your event.
Q: Can you customize signs?
A: Yes! We have a wide selection of mirrors that you can pick from for us to personalize for your event. Simply pick the mirrors you would like to use and your inspiration photos, and we will take it from there! Not sure where to start with table numbers and seating charts? Reach out! We can help :)
Q: Where is Pick Up & Drop Off?
A: Pick up and drop is based out of Osceola, WI. However, reach out to us about having us come to your event and set up our rental items for you!
Q: When is Pick Up & Drop Off?
A: Pick up is 1-2 days before your event. Drop of is 1-2 days after your event.
Q: Are there cleaning fees?
A: If you plan to rent plates, napkins, silverware or goblets we do add a cleaning fee. The cleaning fee depends on the amount of items you rent.
